Hello Friends,

My friends know me as the "Hillbilly Gardener" and I want you to be my friends as well. I am a father of two and a proud grandfather as well. I have been a wrench turner by profession and a gardener of 45+ years by passion. I love helping everyone with their gardening and outdoor living issues and making new friends. I am also a lover of holidays and love to celebrate them all.

I do not believe in being serious all of the time and believe strongly that those who fail to take time to have fun are detined to fail. It is my desire to meet everyone I can and to become this communities "Master Gardener" as well as averything "outdoors" and "holiday". I am straightforward and do not envolve myself with gimmicks and programs that detract from my primary focus of helping others, either in my personal life or on my websites.

I believe strongly in honesty and integrity and make every effort to accept everyone for who and what they are as individuals. Each of us has both both a genius and an idiot inside us and the only silly or frivolous question is the one you do not ask.  Each of us was born with the same amount of knowledge and the kind and amount of knowledge we add to our lives is up to us.

I don't care to much for "thin-skinned" folks that take offense easily and believe that the road to true wisdom and knowledge lies in being mature and open-minded enough to accept constructive critism from others without being offended by the message or messenger.
